Paris Saint-Germain Academy UAE and its affiliate will from time to time utilise training and match footage in the form of video and photographs for teaching purposes, marketing collateral and/or social media communication on our website and/or social media platforms.

By using our services and/or signing our Registration Form, you are agreeing to authorise us, without any charge, to develop, adapt, broadcast and reproduce yours and/or the Participant’s name, image and/or voice, as recorded in photo  taken and/or video filmed by the Paris Saint-Germain Academy UAE or any third party it appoints for such purposes (“the Content”) at events organised or attended by the Paris Saint-Germain Academy UAE, i.e.:

This consent is valid worldwide for a period of 5 years and includes the right for the Paris Saint-Germain Academy UAE, and PSG Companies, at their discretion, to add to the Content any written or spoken text, captions, slogans, brand names, distinctive signs or other graphics, or to incorporate the Content in any of the above. Consequently, you hereby agree that you:

Should hold harmless the Paris Saint-Germain Academy UAE in the event of any legal proceedings and/or action pursued by any individual or legal entity claiming control over the use of your and the Participant’s personal attributes and wishing to oppose their use by the Paris Saint-Germain Academy UAE.

Should hold harmless the Paris Saint-Germain Academy UAE in the event of any legal proceedings and/or action pursued by any individual or legal entity claiming control over the use of yours and/or the Participant ’s personal attributes and wishing to oppose their use by the Paris Saint-Germain Academy UAE.

Acknowledge and accept that any data or images published online (including on social networks) may remain accessible beyond the five-year period for which you give my consent.

All payments must be made prior to booking training sessions/holiday camps, failure to do so will result in access to training session’s being denied.

Our prices are likely to change at any time, but changes will not affect the sessions for which you have already paid.

The payment for the training sessions, holiday camps and/or any other services provided by us can be made in cash, by cheque, credit/debit card, bank transfer and payment link.

The safety and well-being of all participants attending our training/match sessions and our holidays camps is of the utmost importance.

Consequently, Paris Saint-Germain Academy UAE reserves the right to remove from any session any participant who is found to be engaged in an offensive activity, the bullying of others, disruptive behaviour or for any other reason we consider that a participant fails to comply with basic safety rules or standards of good conduct.

In case of removal from a session for any of the above-mentioned reasons, they will be no refund of fees.

It is to be noted that Paris Saint-Germain Academy UAE is under no obligation to return the amount paid by you if the training sessions/holiday camps are cancelled due to reasons attributed to you or for reasons beyond our control. (cf. article 6 force majeure).

However, the unutilized/unused paid sessions can be paused for a certain period of time or, as per management discretion, be refunded on a pro-rata basis based on the normal rate (not discounted rates) in the following cases only :

if you are relocating outside of the UAE for a period of more than 6 months

for a medical reason making it impossible to practice any kind of sport. However, for a short-term injury (less than 6 months) the membership will be paused only.

The above-mentioned must be dully justified by any documents that PSG ACADEMY UAE will require.

Registration & Kit Fees cannot be refunded.

Paris Saint-Germain Academy UAE reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session, at any time, whether in terms of time or location, by sending you a notice to that effect by any means of telecommunication which can be emails, WhatsApp, including our social media platforms. In this instance, we will provide an alternative session at no charge.

Paris Saint-Germain Academy UAE  will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any obligations under an agreement that is caused by events outside its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).

‘Force Majeure’ means an event or sequence of events beyond a our reasonable control preventing or delaying us from performing our obligations. A Force Majeure Event include – but not is not limited to – the following:

Performance under any agreement is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.

We will use reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find a solution by which the obligations under the agreement may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

Paris Saint-Germain Academy UAE agrees that it shall keep any information/date provided by the participants that is confidential in nature concerning the participants private and that it shall not use or disclose the Client’s Confidential Information to any person, except for the needs of the services to be provided.

All such processing is compliant with applicable data protection legislation (i.e. Federal Decree-Law No.45/2021 on the Protection of Personal Data). You may request information in this respect and access, correct, delete, oppose the use of or request a copy of your personal data. Paris Saint-Germain Academy UAE , its staff, associated sponsors, and/or venues are not liable for any action or claim due to injury incurred by the participants whilst attending the training/match sessions and/or holiday camps.

You shall be liable for the cost of any damages caused to our property or leased venue facilities or our staff caused by you or by persons under your control.

You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise re-assign booked sessions, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without the prior written consent of Paris Saint-Germain Academy UAE .

These Terms & Conditions may be amended, completed or updated from time-to-time in compliance with UAE regulations. PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN ACADEMY UAE  reserves the right, to amend, modify, add, or remove parts of these terms at any time with immediate effect as it sees fit.

By using this website and/or our services, you are expected to review these Terms & Conditions on a regular basis.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions  (or part of any provision) is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the legality, validity and enforceability of any other provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not be affected.

The parties are independent contractors and are not partners, principal and agent or employer and employee and these Terms and Conditions do not establish any joint venture, trust, fiduciary, agency or other relationship between them. None of the parties shall have, nor shall represent that they have, any authority to make any commitments on the other party’s behalf.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, it, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Dubai (United Arab Emirates) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, these Terms & Conditions, its subject matter or formation including non-contractual disputes or claims.
